Tony S. Barrs

Tony S. Barrs, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Community Services, Inc., -Vet 22. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Public Management from Florida A&M University. Mr. Barrs contributes to the comprehensive operations of Frontline and working closely with Veteran Organizations throughout Georgia. Mr. Barrs has always had an interest in the entertainment field. Before forming Frontline Community Services, Inc. and the Sable Media Group, Inc., Mr. Barrs co-founded a recording label whereby he developed and promoted artists, advised independent entertainers, and organized special events and productions. From a finance and business standpoint, Mr. Barrs was a Contact and Field Representative for the Internal Revenue Services (IRS). Mr. Barrs’ responsibilities included supervising the W-2 Tax Program for the Southeastern United States, identifying and researching tax issues for taxpayers, interpreting laws, and assisting small to mid-sized businesses with their corporate returns. With nearly ten years of experience in the finance field, combined with his experience in Entertainment Mr. Barrs is highly regarded in the Veteran Services Industry. Mr. Barrs founded Frontline Community Services, Inc. – Vet 22 program in 2017. His signature program- Vet 22 was founded since 22 Veterans in the United States KILL themselves EVERY DAY. Mr. Barrs management team has highly qualified, seasoned professionals in the fields of journalism, videography, printing, writing, publishing, television, radio broadcasting, marketing, promotions, accounting and customer service. This dream team remains poised to position Frontline Community Services, Inc. into the global marketplace.

Darryll Starks, the visionary founder and CEO of Ujima Way, Inc., is a pioneer in the world of social impact. With over 30 years of experience driving transformative change in the nonprofit sector, Starks' journey is a testament to passion and purpose. A graduate of Fort Valley State University with a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology, Starks began his professional career at IBM. But after six years of climbing the corporate ladder, he realized his heart was more suited to addressing community ills and serving high-risk and vulnerable populations. Leaving IBM in 1994, Starks joined The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, where he spent 13 dynamic years as Director of Teen Services, creating life-changing programs for high-risk youth. His dedication didn’t stop there. After co-authoring the impactful book, 12 Things Every Black Boy Needs to Know, he took a leap of faith, embarking on a mission to reshape the way nonprofits serve the most vulnerable. In 2017, Starks founded Ujima Way, aiming to tackle the disparities and challenges faced by small, black-led nonprofits and grassroots organizations, while developing and delivering innovative programs for high-risk populations. Under his leadership, Ujima Way has become the leading provider of street-based services for the unhoused in Clayton County. Since 2020, his team has served over 13,000 hot meals and helped 111 individuals transition from homelessness to stable housing. Starks' passion, bold leadership, and unwavering commitment to community transformation have made him a trailblazer, inspiring those around him to push boundaries and create meaningful impact.

Dr. Lenore T. Coleman
Pharm.D, CDE, FASHP
Dr. Lenore T. Coleman received her Bachelor of Arts from Revelle College, University of California, San Diego and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed an ASHP approved residency in Ambulatory Care at the USC School of Pharmacy. Dr. Coleman has been a practicing pharmacist for over 45 years and has worked as a clinical pharmacist in Acute Care, Ambulatory Care, Long Term Care, and Community Pharmacy settings. Within each of these practices, Dr. Coleman has focused on the care and management of people with diabetes. A recognized expert in the areas of Diabetes, Cardiovascular risk-reduction as well as medication adherence, Dr. Coleman has numerous publications in these areas and presents at both national and international forums. Dr. Coleman founded HOV Clinical Research – www.hovclinicalresearch.com that provides minority recruitment of clinical trials in the United States, Costa Rica and throughout Africa and the Caribbean.

Dr. Tiffanni Forbes

Dr. Tiffanni Forbes MD is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience. She has dedicated her career helping patients as a hospitalist and educator with a focus on community healthcare, diversity in medicine, and medical cannabis . Dr. Forbes is the owner and medical director of Better Health Wellness, a medical cannabis Telehealth practice that certifies patient throughout Georgia and assist them on their journey in receiving cannabis in Georgia.

Dr. Brian Stone
M.D.
Dr. Brian Stone is a native of Birmingham Alabama. He is a product of the Birmingham city school system “academic enrichment program” of the 70’s. He graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School in 1977 on a full academic AFROTC scholarship to Rutgers University. He attended the Morehouse School of Medicine and the University of Alabama School of Medicine (Birmingham) receiving his MD in 1985. Dr. Stone served for 19 years in the Air Force. He is the founder and current president of Jasper Urology Associates which is the leading provider of urologic care in that region of the state of Alabama for over 13 years. He created the robotic surgery program at the Walker Baptist Medical Center in 2010. He is currently the Chief of Staff of Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, Alabama. He has been fight for “diversity and inclusion” of people of color in all aspects of medical research since the 1990’s.

Before joining Norton Healthcare, Dr. McCants served as medical director of the Samsky Advanced Heart Failure Center at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta. Dr. McCants has been working with heart failure patients for over two decades. Dr. Wayne Wells

Dr. Wells is a physician specializing in Family Medicine. He is board certified in Health Care Quality Management. He is a Fellow in the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians with sub-specialties in Physician Advisory and Case Management. Dr. Wells experiences include a University Associate Professorship and researcher.
Dr. Wells was involved in the development of an Institute for Health Informatics program to train individuals, internationally, as Certified Electronic Health Record Specialists.

Cindy Oden

Ms. Oden is a dedicated nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience serving as a clinician and patient advocate in diverse underserved practice settings. Her commitment to patient care stems from a strong belief in always doing what is right for the patient, coupled with a solid background in customer service. She began her journey by earning her nursing degree from Georgia State University and has since worked across various specialties including emergency medicine, interventional pain management, oncology, mental health and aesthetics.
Driven by a passion for exploration and service, Cindy has traversed the country as a traveling nurse, gaining invaluable experiences along the way. She furthered her education by obtaining a master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a concentration in family nurse practitioner, graduating with high honors.
Beyond her clinical duties, Cindy remains actively engaged in professional organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and Georgia Emergency Nurses Association. This involvement reflects her commitment to ongoing learning and advancement within the nursing community.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as indulging her passion for travel and exploration
